The hovercraft would make a nice change from the usual subjects.

I'd second that.

The following would be good to see 1975 Rommel’s Half Track 06360 and 1978 British M3 Grant 08365

I started the Crusader today

I was very impressed by the fit

I've done this differently to my usual method, making up sizeable sub-assemblies before painting  Nailbiting

Taking shape I picked one of these up at SMW, so I look forward to seeing how the build goes!

I've put the transfers on
I've used the 1st Army 17/21st Lancers, 'C' Squadron, Snr Reg, (6th Armoured Division) tactical markings for the Mk III    on the Mk II turret I used some decals from the spares box (from the LCM/Sherman)    Obviously the hull still carries the tactical markings, but the turret defines it as a 2nd Regiment/Battalion 'A' Squadron tank
Pix to follow
