Hi folks, this is my first post, having recently got into modelling again after many, many years... This is my very first ship, and I hope I haven't made too much of a mess of it. I'm quite happy, but I can see there is lots of room for improvement...

For a ship that basically had one voyage, there do seem to be a lot of different interpretations (red focsle with swastika; yellow/brown turret tops; dazzle or not). As a complete innocent on ships, I wonder is that because there is no definitive information. Or did the sailors spend most of their time on decoration?

Considering what you had to start with in terms of the basic kit, i would say this is your best build to date. Super work Bissy :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
