This gallery is for the pictures of the participants' finished models. Only post in here once your model has been finished.

OMG.....I'm first!

That Which Shall Not Be Named! is done:

This model is an approximation (At best!   ) of aircraft K8 of the Kenya Auxilliary Air Force, 1941.

Many thanks to Ratch for providing the decals.....They were the only part of this build that didn't give me any gyp!

For what it's worth, all the best

It has been a bit quiet in here, hasn't it?  Well done Sarge - it's been an uphill struggle but you got there.  Mine is still sitting on my modelling table, looking at me resentfully!

Kenya.  Uphill struggle.  Why do I have this sudden urge to go to the video store and rent a copy of Zulu?  Now I'm imagining Sarge watching the Zulu armies as they provide a final salute and march away...

Nice to see you got there in the end! Looks nice, (I'm wondering if the rigging will actually make it look less sleek and elegant). The rest of us better extract digit and get a move on!

Richard, the obeah man says he is looking forward to meeting you!

One day I might actually get the PVA and brass wire to this one and maybe even the Tigermoth too, but right now I can think of several hundred more pressing modelling tasks.....Most of which have tracks!

I'm almost as unhappy with the finished kit as I was with the process of building it.....I think it looks absolutely rubbish!

All the best

Nice to see another one finished, good work on the rigging and the paint scheme, particularily that cheat line.

The cheat line is, I'm afraid, a cheat - it's a decal

Top result mate.....You beat it into shape in the end!

All the best

That is a gorgeous aircraft! I don't know why, but I am very enamored of the Dragon Rapide. Don't its wings look like those of a dragonfly? I guess I'm going to have to buy a kit...
