Made a start today should be finished in the next couple i should think.
No box version of the airfix Priller kite.
Sanded and files down the flashes etc, painted the cockpit in hu166, close as i could get to hu92 for lufty interior. Wheel wells in hu78, possibly incorrect and should have been 216, but it was in my box from the previous build so i used that.

PE882 was an A-4/U8 (W.Nr. 7155), which landed in error at West Malling on 17-04-43. It made 96 flights at RAE Farnborough before being transferred to 1426 RAFwaffe at Collyweston, near where it crashed on 13-10-44
Looking forward to this _________________ and was Jerusalem, builded here

Completed some more last night, put the wings together, painted the cockpit and wheel wells the 'right' colour with some Compucolor RLM02, painted the prop and UC Compucolor RLM70 Schwartsgrun (sp) with some touching up of certain parts of the UC in silver Hu11. Fuselage fixed and now ready to be merged together with the main wing. Also fixed the engine cowling to the fuselage. she is now ready for a coat of primer i picked up yesterday. _________________ Airfix Club Mem No:502611 |

I have a nose gun cover piece, I think, for an early A version that would be more appropriate than the A7 / A8 gun cover that you have on that kit. Whether you want it or not, I don't know, but I'd be happy to send it to you _________________ “The farther backward you can look, the farther forward you are likely to see.” Winston Churchill |

| That's really nice, the RAF scheme really changes the look of the aircraft, but it's a cool scheme. |
