| The March 09 editions of SAMI and MAM have various colour ref plates and after market decal lists for the FW190. They also have some builds of the FW190 but none of them are Airfix. |

Has anyone seen this '457th Bombing group association' website?

It's got some fantastic photos including a captured FW190, maybe the one modelled in the GB. i can't tell if it is though, as it's covered by a Tarp.
There are loads of other types covered too...

That's a very interesting read, but in the passage of time, it's evident that not all that's recommended in there is accurate.
The dimples in the u/c well, for instance, should not be drilled out. They are not lightening holes. They are just dimples. The same sort of thing is evident in other interior panels (stiffening dimples, I suspect). |
