I think the only ones I have in my stash are the S6B and the Catalina. As the S6Bs I have are in Spitfire commemorative tins which are going to fund my lavish retirement ( ), I think it will be the Cat for me! _________________ Cheers,

Well, I'm off & running. I won't bother with box or sprue shots, as others have already provided those.
First impressions of the kit: Rivet City Arizona! The body and wings are absolutely festooned with them! Also, the crew figures seem enormous. I don't have any other 1/72 figures to hand to measure them against, but comparing them against the 1/76 figures from my 88mm gun, they look considerably oversized.
So far, I've splashed some interior green inside the fuselage, and primed the engines and crew in black (thanks to Sgt Squarehead's tip in one of Rich's threads). _________________ Cheers,

I'm afraid that due to being away for work, progress has been slow. The crew are painted up and in place, all interior surfaces painted, and the window glazing stuck in.
Has anyone who's building/built this kit found a good way to get the instrument panel in place whilst assembling the fuselage? I stuck it into one half as I would any other kit, but when I dry-fitted the halves, it didn't line up with the other side at all... _________________ Cheers,
