Vostoc7's build will be reported here.

The Super-Mossie....

Super-Long range–bomber/fighter/reconasance/VIP-transport

I have a special affection for the Mossie as my Grandad (as a joiner) made the wings in WW2

Your definitely going to have to try the 111 Z!  Currently restoring it slowly but surely but it sure is something different!

My kit has also arrived - but I'll start when the Cold War GB kit is complete.

i'm no engineer but that join at the wing looks very delicate
are you going to alter the wing plan Vostoc?

it seems a bonkers idea-probably why we all like it so much

good luck with the project

Well, V-7 - you don't need to wait until it's done - it's in progress under kit restorations, I've been tinkering with it for a while now.  Despite it's odd appearance it's quite a fun build and looks interesting.  As with the Mossie!

great HT..will check it out now....

had another go at the mossie...this ones a bit ambitious...I‘d need 4 kits, more time & patience and a very odd undercarriage???   ..top speed should be better though

You're mad - MAD I say, completely barking! Good show!   .

Given the weight and engines involved, would a unifying tailplane section (like on conventional twin boom designes) have been included, to square the structure up and add strength?

good idea, Rich  ...I wanted to keep the beauty of the original shapes but did this on my Spit version & it looked ok
