That telephone box with figures is quite outstanding. Those jeans could be made of real denim.

Great stuff Andy. I'd really like to know what some of those kits are, this one for instance:

You're right about those jeans, Gerry

what a wonderful hodge-podge of kits! I love your figures are all splendid, and I really like the overall blue spitfire.

Can you describe how you achieved the finish on that one? I like the slightly darker blue panel lines and lighter blue overall

re the space station.  Lindberg released this as several different boxings.   The "U.S. Space Station" in 1958. In the 1960's it was the "Mars Probe Space Station," then the "Star Probe Space Base" in the 1970s.

The original 1958 version featured clear red-tinted plastic portholes; by the '60s, these had become less expensive opaque pieces, although still molded in red.

The kit was also released by Lindberg in the mid-1950s as part of a five-part "Spaceships of the Future" collection.

It was also released in the 1970's within  the "Star Probe" series which Andy has already beautifuly shown in these incredible posts.

Your collection is absolutely awesome Andy.  That Halcyon Predator is as rare as chocolate fire guards.  Did you get a bulk order on Glencoe Starships?  They look very good, worthy of a diorama of a huge space field methinks.  Also like the polar lights rerelease of the POTA figures, don't think I have ever seen all of them in one display.  Love the ultramarines, I have recently started buying these again and think your painting of these figures is very enviable.  You obviously cross-train very well as the Spitfire proves.  My favourite from this batch......The Enterprise conversion, stonking.
