I'll be there - arriving on my Airfix (Dapol) Railbus!

I have both a Dapol Railbus, 0-4-0 Pug and 10 Ton Meat Wagon that I hope to build. _________________ Owen

I have a few Dapol buildings that are part of my stalled wargames terrain project so would be happy to kick that project back to life although I am not sure whether this would fit in here or should go over to the figures/dioramas section.
Alternatively, I have always fancied having another go at the Stephensons Rocket kit now produced by Dapol so would be happy to pick one of those up to support the build.
Either way, count me in
Cheers

Well we've got 6 wanting a GB soon, and a seventh voter wanting it a little later. Any more takers, the Poll Finishes on the 8th April. _________________ Owen

There are 10 People up for this GB, with 6 Wanting to do it soon.
I think a May/Juneish Start time would be quite good, but I'll set up a poll later on.
I was also thinking, would it be possible to include Ratio Trackside Kits into this GB? They do some wagon kits and I was possibly going to get some Permanent Way Wagons to Go with the Dapol Breakdown Crane. _________________ Owen

You can't have Ratio kits in the Group Build but there is nothing to stop you displaying your Dapol Breakdown Crane with them once it is finished.
Looks like May/June are going to be a busy period for GBs!

I may come in with a railbus, or would a pug being built looking like andrew barcley count? but there are so many to choose from.

Just as long as the Kit is in the orignal Airfix boxing or in the newer Dapol packaging you can build it

| I've got a Dapol 9F "Evening Star" kit somewhere that I was going to use as a static model on my model railway. I've just signed up for this build because it has been years since I built a steam loco kit. Now I need to find that kit! |
