Post your suggestions for Car, Bike & Railway Group Builds here.
========
As I suggested in the Chatroom, and have talked with the Mods and Dave about, a Dapol/Airfix Railway Group Build. _________________ Owen

As in my above copied post, I am interested in a Dapol/Airfix Group Build. This will probably be the first Car, Motorbike and Railway Group Build. Other than this, I have ideas for a WRC Rally Car, Superbikes and Classic Car Group Builds.
So, lets have a show of hands, who would be willing to participate in an Airfix/Dapol Railway Group Build? You would be able to build any Railway based item, so long as it has been released under the old Airfix Railway Label or the New Dapol Label. _________________ Owen

As long as it is the Rosebud "Kitmaster"/Airfix/Dapol one, then yes!
I will be building the Airfix/Dapol RailBus and maybe the Airfix/Dapol Thatched Cottage.

I recently acquired the Railbus, 0-4-0 Pug and a 10 Ton Meat Wagon. I'll aim to build all three! _________________ Owen

I have a few Dapol buildings sitting in the stash awaiting a suitable project.
Cheers

Those could be included into a possible Classic Car build. At the moment, I'm interested in a show of hands for a Airfix-Dapol Railway Group Build. _________________ Owen

There's no reason why cars cannot be discussed at the same time either. Although I don't have an Escort or a Viva I would be up for a "general" car build later on in the year.
We have at least three people interested in a railways build so perhaps it is time to have a poll to see when it will take place i.e. three months time, six months time etc.
Would you be interested in a Railway Themed GB?
Yes, in the next three months
Yes, in the next six months
Yes, but later than six months
No
Run it for two weeks and see what occurs!

Now, out of interest, would anyone be interested in a Rally Car (WRC) Group Build?
The GB would include all the WRC kits in the Airfix Range - in both 1/24 and 1/43, plus any other cars that could be 'converted' into Rally Cars from the past or the present with a bit of butchery or aftermarket decals etc.
If you're interested, please say so!
Thanks,

We haven't had a C,M&R GB for a while now, so I thought I'd gauge your opinions on a Museum Series engine Group Build
With the re-release of Trevithick's 1804 Locomotive and the Beam Engine, and the other kits in the series available in older boxings it seems like it might make a good GB.
Who would be interested _________________ Owen

I would be interested in something like a beam engine or early locomotive. I don't have a stash so it would have to be a kit that is still available to buy.
