The moderators have been discussing the subject of the completion of Group Builds again over the last couple of days as there are still too many instances of people signing up for Group Builds and never actually starting their builds. Some are repeat "offenders".

So, for all active and future GBs, if somebody has not started on their build within four weeks (half the allotted build time), then their thread will be deleted and their membership of that GB will be removed. Those participants who are actually progressing albeit slowly and will miss the end-date will not be affected - as they are progressing after all.

Over the next couple of days, all threads in GBs where the end-date has already passed and which show no progress at all will be deleted.

Ayup Dave...

Will my Marauder be moved to the GB plus forum? I've promised Owen, and it WILL be done for SMW.

Although I've projects to finish, Notably the Viggen, (see pics REAL soon), I promised, and I'll finish...

But if you're going to,Delete it and I'll start another when I get too it. (should be soon).

Cheers, Stu...

Ayup Stu!

You're OK, and in the Green. This only affects those amongst us who sign up to a GB and make no progress, or report their progress. As long as you make some progress, you'll be alright!

Hi Stu,

As Owen says, you are okay as you have made progress. It's the non-starting and non-reporting threads we are getting rid of. I mean, some of them are only missing a scattering of animal bones and tumbleweed drifting across them to give them the complete deserted look.

For what it's worth, the whole Marauder Group Build forum is in the GB Plus section now....

This sounds fair enough. I know I'm guilty. Sign up with the best intentions, and for various reasons - usually lack of time - don't get round to starting. See the Viggen build. I was actually going to ask if my thread there could be erased.
