This area has been created to discuss topics that are not specifically related to existing Military Vehicle Group Builds.

Suggestions for Future Group Builds should still be placed in the relevant thread.

Just to get the ball rolling, the Centurion has been voted as the subject for the 1st Tank Group Build, had I cast my vote we would have had a tie with the Panzer IV

I will of course be taking part in the Centurion build and perhaps leading it if no other willing volunteers can be found But with the vote being so close I would like to propose that the Panzer IV be the subject of a 2nd Tank build to take place when the Centurion build ends. Would everyone that expressed interest be happy with this, comments welcome

Cheers

Stu

Edited to the correct spelling of Centurion, my old History Master would never have forgiven me

Centurion please , even if I never got as far as immunis during my time as a Roman soldier, I did learn a few things.

In the end I don't think I voted, as I wanted to save my Crusader to be an AA conversion and didn't really have another in the stash. I'll evidently have to see what the shop across the road has in stock.

Do you know, I have just checked back and I believe that I have used the incorrect spelling of Centurion in every post relating to this build...back to school for me

OK folks, we had 4 votes for the Centurion Group Build (not including me), so far only three people have joined the user group for this build, could the mystery voter please reveal themselves by signing up to the group build user group if still interested in making this kit.

As it stands we have DavCov, Peebeep, JackJ and myself slogging it out to decide the start date.

Of course you don't have to have taken part in the initial poll to take part in the Centurion build, if there are any other interested parties please feel free to join in by signing up to the Centurion usergroup which can be found at the link at the top of the page.

Cheers

I won't make the Centurion for a GB, partly because I don't have one and also because I'm not to keen on the actual tank. I'll wait and hang around for a Panzer IV GB though

Should be coming this way soon Owen as we have at least 3 interested parties. If the Centurion build vote goes to the later dates I may see if there is any interest in getting the Panzer IV underway sooner as I really want to get anothe Military Vehicle build going as soon as possible.
