Hi, anyone know how to contact them? All of a sudden I can't access Photobucket. I've tried the link where they send you by email what your password is, but I don't get the email. The FAQ section doesn't help as it does't answer my question. Is there any other way of contacting them.

Robert

On the contact page it provides a link to a forum and blog. Maybe the forum might offer some advice?

I can't see an email address contact but they have a technical section in their forums http://forums.photobucket.com/ which is apparently staffed by photobucket staff.

ETA Too slow!!

From this thread in the forum it looks like there are some technical problems.

YES. I have difficulty in resizing and get nothing happen at all. photos remain the same size, or I get disconnected for no reason.

It's dead slow for me, very annoying. Deal with the ads by using Firefox + Adblock.

I have been using Photobucket successfully now since I joined the forum and found it to be very good. Nice and easy to use. :D

For various reasons I have had to shelve my modelling activities for the past month or two   , but managed to make some, albeit small, progress recently. :P  I took photos to share on the forum, but find Photobucket has changed its editor and now it does not appear to work?  :?

Is it me   or has anyone else experienced problems?

Photobucket has been OK for me since the change over. The major difference is in the editing tools, but I hardly ever use them. Photobucket can be very slow.

It might be better to use Irfan to edit before uploading
Photobucket are useless at resizing

I would go with editing with Irfan and then uploading to Photobucket as suggested by Ratch, that is the way I do it and it seems to work without problems

Cheers

It's OK now that they've updated the editing tools. It still makes sense to edit before uploading, especially re-sizing, in order to reduce the file size and improve upload speed.
