Hi All
It will either be a Red Arrows Gnat, or Hawk, or both, all in 1/72.
I hope to start this coming weekend as soon as the Red Arrows Harrier is finished.

First one is a Red Arrows Gnat, 1/72. Never seen a kit with so few parts, had most of it assembled in no time. Apart from the wheels not much else left to glue. Nothing to detail in the cockpit but wish I had not painted the interior black. Have to try extra hard with the pilot to lift it.
It went together quite well apart from the wings. Not sure filler will help, might try to get away with generous amounts of paint.
Everything has now had a coat of Gloss Red, I'll see how it looks in the morning before I take another picture.
Here it is before the paint.

nice, I definetly know whata you mean about the few pieces that are needed to make it, the wings I also found al tittle difficult, I got away with a bt of glue and I will probably cover the rest in paint....

Finished!
Has more transfers than parts! Fun to do though.

1/72 Red Arrows Hawk built this alongside the Gnat.
Beautiful kit from 1980, could have put it together without cement, everything was such a good fit. Transfers weren't as bad as they might have been.
All brush painted.
It isn't missing paint, the light bits are camera flash reflection

| Your pics helped me, as i have a Gnat to make, but the Cockpit area kind of put me off, as the instruction book is not really that clear about what colour to paint the lil dude or the glass stripe. Plus the quality of the plastics are rubbish, compared to the new white plastic they use. |
