Having taken advantage of the current Airfix 'last chance to buy' promotion I've purchased some of the 1/48 'Operation Herrick' range. I decided that the vehicles would look somewhat bare without stowage so started an internet search for some. I would say my quest was a success:

As you can see the detail is terrific and the casting is sharp. The scale is 1/48. They're cast in resin. The cost is £12:00. These would look great spread over your Jackal from the 'Herrick' range. They're available from a company called Red Zebra. At the time of this post Red Zebra don't have a website but they're working on getting one. They're email address is redzebra100@tiscali.co.uk. Paul Wade is the man in charge. They design, manufacture and distribute mainly 1/48 items but also have some 1/35 & 1/24 items and are constantly expanding the range. I'm liaising with Paul about other items and will post the details as soon as I have them. Any enquiries should be sent direct to Red Zebra at the email address above.

This is a further photo straight out of the bag. As you can see very little, if any, flash and very good detail.

Assuming they take PayPal, you've made them a sale! :thumb:

Yes, they do accept Paypal. They also do combined packing and postage on multiple items. Normal posting of the items is within a day of ordering which is good when you consider that it's a fledgling enterprise so at the moment it's part time and that everything is done in house (design and sculpting of the molds, production and administration of the items). Also in their strictly Airfix range is stowage for the Coyote and the Quad bikes. I should have negotiated a commission for myself :) .
