Cheers for the comments. I've probably spent more time on the dioramas over recent years than actual kit builds.

First completion since April last year. Funny how life's little ups and downs help the time pass.
Italeri AH-64D Longbow Apache with some parts from a Kitech kit. Finished in acrylics which is a first for me.

Tried for that worn look that you see on the Apaches and am reasonably happy with it.

What kit no. and scale is it. Very hard to appreciate your work without knowing the starting point.

It's 1/72 Scale and possibly kit Number 080. I did try to add to the original post but couldn't edit it. Kit arrived with all cockpit parts missing, no decals and no support for the rotor blades as well as weapons missing. Managed to mix and match with the Kitech kit or fabricate parts from plastic sheet to replace the missing bits.

Cheers Faaman. Getting right into helicopter builds now, I've been quite a few recently and seem to have moved everything else to the back of the queue. Age old question that affects us all.......What do I start next?

Nice start to your portfolio Scott, I really like the AH-1W :thumb: BTW you are only allowed one pic of completed/built models in your portfolio.
