Was very certain I had put this somewhere before, but a search turned up only the build sequence in the Workbench section, so here are a few different shots of the finished model, under "Sci-Fi" after some thought...:

Thanks for all the compliments; honestly, it was more fun to build than it is to look at. The design was perfectly adapted to sheet styrene as the original movie models were built of plywood.

Ratch, judging by the pilot house windows, my best guess at the finished scale is about 1:150, but many have noted that the movie interior can't possibly fit into the movie exterior (as per long-established movie tradition), so one might fudge the numbers toward a smaller scale to taste...
