Inside the zip-lock, header carded pack there are seven, cast, white metal wheels. These are a little larger than their Airfix counterparts. I seem to recall that tyre size for the Airfix set are not 100% wrong, They are depicted as deployed on normal roads so do not need the larger heavy duty tyres and wheels that would be required for off road use. For those interested, the kit tyres measure 13.25mm outside diameter, 8mm wheel-rim diameter and 4mm thick. By comparison, the white metal castings are 13.75mm outside diameter, 8.5mm wheel-rim diameter and 4mm thick. The wheel boss and nuts are much more finely depicted on the castings than the plastic.
