ATF Fundraising 2007/8 - Prizes & Pledges

I will update the list regularly when prizes are won or when pledges are made either in this thread or by other means.  When making your pledges, please include the model serial number.  This is so that we avoid duplication - if possible.

Please note that I do not require anybody to send their donations to me. Donors will be required to send the prizes direct to the winners as soon as possible after they have been won.

If you wish to remain anonymous, then let me know via PM and I will post on your behalf.

Dave

Been mulling this for a while, but what with the news that Aston Martin will be back in British hands soon, I pledge the Doyusha 1/24 James Bond DB5 (with Bond and Oddjob figures, moulded in rather off-putting pink plastic!)
davecov

Thank you very much Guy. Your support is much appreciated.

Kind regards

Dave
Spudgun

Is it possible to pledge a prize for the monthly quiz?
davecov

Hi Spud,

The regular ATF monthly quiz does not form part of the Charity Fundraising activities and you should contact Richard M to discuss any donations for that particular quiz.

Dave
farmroad38

Hi Dave,

Can you add the Ju88/Hurricane giftset from the April quiz to the charity fundraising pot? The joy of actually winning something is enough for me!
davecov

Have done, Adrian. Thanks a lot!

BTW, I haven't forgotten about the prizes that have been pledged so far. I am hoping to have the next fundraiser organised for July or August so that some of the prizes pledged can be won by members.

Dave
johnwalker

I'll be delighted to offer another example of the Airfix 1/48th scale Junkers 87 Stuka.

I realised that I didn't actually say hello at the show Vince - I was the dashingly handsome chap lurking reverently around Dave when he came by, with the...erm... slightly high hairline.
Dave Andrews

I have just received confirmation of two prizes for the Charity Fundraising that have been donated by Airfix.  They are the Airfix 1/72 Bae Nimrod (12050) and the Airfix Doctor Who "Welcome Aboard" kit (50006).   Thank you to Airfix and Martyn Weaver in particular for the two prizes.

That closes the list of prizes for the 2007/08 fundraising and all will be available to win when we launch the next Charity Fundraiser this coming weekend.  Should anybody wish to donate prizes from now on, then they will be held over for the 2008/09 period of fundraising beginning in July 2008.

Let's hope we raise as much as possible for our chosen charities.
