Hi alljust made my first post on here and think I should introduce myself properly.
So I'm Nick Dixon from Hull which as you all know used to be Airfix HQ, how I miss the Christmas werehouse sales.
I'm 47, work in the drug misuse field & have been building models for nearly 40 years, not really ever had a break from the hobby but my build rate has slowed from time to time.
My first kit built with my late father, (both my elder brothers & he built just about every plane, tank, & ship Airfix produced at the time, fair few Frog as well), was the Blenhiem, next 2 were a Phantom & a then new I suppose Demon.
I built anything as a kid as I think we all did but now build mainly Commonwealth Air Forces subjects mainly from the Far East , SEAC, SWPA, Malaya (Firedog) etc. Small side interest in none US Vietman subjects as well, all to 1.72.
Great site here cannot think why I havn't been here before.

I've used 'justplanecrazy' for quite sometime now & use it on HS, Britmodeller, & Aussie modeller Int as well so maybe you've seen post from me on one of these.
