Joining the Airfix Tribute ForumSome sections of the forum are hidden and for the viewing of members only. In order to see the whole site, you will need to sign up for membership of the forum. It takes a few seconds and you will only need to enter a username, email address and password. Another benefit of being a member is that no adverts appear on your screen!
Normally, you will receive confirmation of your membership very quickly. However, if the email address you have registered is invalid or your anti-spam filters prevent the Forum emails from getting to you, then you will not have your registration confirmed. Experience has shown that Yahoo and AOL email accounts are particularly troublesome. If you have one of these accounts and do not receive an email immediately after signing up, then there is a problem. You will need to send an email to admin at airfixtributeforum.co.uk
If I receive an error message to say emails are not getting throught, I will send an email from outside this forum to the email address concerned as well. If that gets bounced too, then the new member will not have their membership activated. Any accounts not activated after 7 days will be deleted.
Sorry to have to do this but the rules of the hosts of my forum do not allow false email addresses. They can shut this forum down without warning if this rule is breached. So it is very necessary that all members have valid email addresses.
