hi i'm also new here

hi everyone

been a model builder for 50 years now. so i guess that makes me an old man!
started on stick & tissue planes, as thats what my dad built. moved to plastic when i found out that i was a bad flyer, my stick & tissue plane's seemed to end up in a tree or on the roof, broken. plastic models sat on shelf and never broke.

so here i am, never grew up. "still play with toys" as wife says

thanx for letting me join, glen

Welcome bro.
Your post reminds me I have a stick and tissue FW190 my Granddad and Dad got for me many years ago. Its still boxed and in my loft - I keep promising myself I will start it one day.
