I think I've got that scatter. Is it in big clumps the scatter? If so why is it like this?

It clumps as you pinch it together to get it out of the packet. Makes it easier to apply but also wastes a lot.
Of course - just after I photographed the base, left it outside to dry and went food shopping the heavens opened. Rather a lot of soggy flock now! |
