Have you clocked this site XN?

http://www.bloodhoundmkii.org.uk/112s.htm

why am i reminded of stingray?- certainly VERY evocative of the Cold War!

Trouble with your suggestion is- i need a TSR2! mine went the same way as the real one for the same reasons!

Good site - some interesting info there.

I know what you mean - all very 'stand by for action - anything could happen in the next half-hour!'

Did you have a change of Government in your house which needed to make drastic spending cuts on model making??

Hello Walrus,

I want build Airfix 02073; Hawker Hunter FGA Mk.9; 1:72.

This kit, I haven't in my stock. And the best shop here in Gdansk not, too. They have really many kits but unfortunally not many Airfix-kits. So I ordered in a online-shop.
I don't want sign in now, because, if I will not get it, I don't want take part in this GB.
I don't like sign in and then not doing it.

Regards Dirk

I had a bit of disappointment today as I fished the F-86D out of the stash and began to examine it closely.  This was a ebay purchase that (I thought) was a bargain.  Not so.  The kit has several problems.

It's started.  Nothing major but some painting has been done.  Poorly.

Parts are missing.  Most of the interior, one speed brake and the pylons are gone.

This is upsetting, and I've decided not to build it right now.  So I'll be confining my participation in the group build to the Banshee, which is in fine shape and complete and ready to go.

Oh ebay--where is thy sting?

After getting a ruling from the judges (about whether it's "started" or not), I'm going to press on with the F-86D and see if I can build it.  Should be interesting...

I've had a quick look at the Meteor kit I'll be building in this GB, think there may be a typo in the instructions.

I don't think the RAF flew their Meteors in grey primer, would I be correct in guessing this should read "11"?

We're off! A very popular GB, we have 22 participants with 29 builds, the best of luck to everyone and I hope you all enjoy taking part!
