Hmmm.....I wonder if Airfix might take the hint?  Think

The chronic shortage of 1/76 and 1/32 Lees and Grants is clearly becoming a major issue in the hobby!

All the best

King Kit have the 1/76th Lee/Grant in stock for the princely sum of £3.99. Until very recently they also had the 1/32nd job for £19.99

Cheers

One member.....One vote!

If we were allowed multiple votes, do you honestly think that the 1/72 A34 Comet would have any serious challengers at all in the 'If Beggars.....' thread.....I can go days on end without sleeping!

All the best

Along with the Tetrach and Hamilcar!!!!

It really makes me wonder if model companies actually do market research  How long have we been waiting for the said Comet and M5 Rhino      and a decent Dodge WC 51 and not Italeri's ''Dodge WC 51'' which has none of the special features of the 51, and is just there M6 GMC with the gun sprue removed

So it would seem that the next Military Vehicle Group Build is to be the Airfix Lee/Grant tank either in 1/76th or 1/32nd scale.

As I cannot remember who suggested it as a subject originally are there any volunteers to lead the build out of those that voted for it

Once we have a build leader we can arrange to set up the user group and arrange a further poll to decide the start date.

Cheers

If I can actually get hold of one or more Lee/Grants and the start date isn't too soon, then I'd be prepared to lead the GB.

All the best

I think perhaps we should have an ex JB Group Build after the Lee/Grant one, there seems to be plenty of interest, we can sort out dates for both builds and put them in the GB calendar.

I'd certainly like to do the 'Ex-JB GB' too, but only once the Vickers MkVI is released in an Airfix box.
