What colour would people recommend for Sea Blue, it used to be Hu134, but i dont think that is avaliable anymore.  Will Hu15 suffice or shall i put an order in at WEM?

Hu: 15 would do for me, but if you need the right colour WEM or Xtracolor might be the way to go

Me too.

All my airplane builds have stalled completely at the moment.
Including my nearly finished “what-if” GB model and my Airco DH4 from this GB.

I just can’t get wind under the wings.

All the best from Jesper.

Ayup All RNAS/FAA GB Participants...

As i type there are 15 and a half hours to the end of the GB. I apologise to you all as I'm not going to finish in this time, not in a 'Proper' way anyways to my mind.

As a GB Leader, i should have made a kit like the Hellcat, something Simpler to start on, and easier to complete, and not the complex Beastie that the Firefly with Etch is... (which is not to look down on anyones Hellcat, of course...) and i shouldn't have tried to complete three other models at the same time too...

I want to thank all you participants on maybe ATFs biggest GB ever to date, very much, for joining and executing some cracking Builds, from the Handley Pages to the Harrier, via the Clubkits. well done all of you. sorry if I disappointed any of you as a GB Leader. I'll try Harder on my next, the Airfix/Dapol GB.

The Firefly will be finished ASAP, As i need now to get it out of my system, and i won't be dwelling in GB Plus for long...

Again, thank you all for Participating, hope you had fun ! which is the whole point ! See you on the flip side...

Best, Stu.

Stu, being GB Leader is not necessarily about leading construction and finishing first    it's about encouraging the troops and whipping them into shape    something I think you've done rather well
Circumstances can get in the way of our attempts, which is why we move on to Group Builds Plus (rather than lock down threads for those who unfortunately overrun)

Well done everyone for the splendid builds undertaken with Gruppenfuhrer Feanor in command  Clapping

Ayup Ratch ...

Thanks. I do appreciate that, but i really needed just to finish and not get bogged down as i usually do...

I should have more progress by the end of the day... Easter Eggs permitting...

Ayup Stu,

Thanks for a very enjoyable GB which has produced some stunning models.

In your case it has confirmed something I suspected for years - stay away from PE in 1/72nd scale.!!!!!
