The next Military Vehicle Group Build will be the Ex JB Models GB, Spudgun has very kindly agreed to be the Group Build Leader.

If you wish to take part in the Group Build, you must sign up using the Usergroup link at the top of the screen (above the Log in/Log out link).

Important: Do NOT sign up as a participant of a Group Build if you only want to view the threads!

To take part in the Group Build:

Click on "Usergroups"

In the "Join a Group" section, select " Ex-JB Models Group Build"

Click "View Information"

Click on "Join Group".

Spudgun will then approve your membership to the build

A start date poll will be set up shortly and will only be available to those signed up to take part in the build.

Cheers

Stu

Oooh, let me think,..... it wouldn't be a Vickers MkVI Light Tank would it?

I'll be building the Bedford MK Tactical Aircraft Refueller. It'll be handy for dioramas and.... no tracks!

Thanks guys, very helpful.

I'd forgotten about the Saladin and Saracen, I'll pop into my LMS tomorrow lunch time and see what they have.

Cheers

I can recommend the Saladin & Saracen, they are quite basic kits but they look very nice when finished and are remarkably solid.....Indeed these two are the only post 1945 vehicles in my collection, I liked them too much to let them go!

For what it's worth & all the best

Thanks Sqt,

I'll have a look out for those - one more question I know my LMS has a few JB models left hanging around as well as the new airfix boxings, is this build limited to the airfix boxing?

No Problem. picked up a Saladin this lunch time in the airfix box. Was hoping to pick up a Saracen as well but they didn't have it in, but I may check Ian Allen on my way to the station.

The date thing is down to me forgetting to ask Ratch or the Admin chaps to set up the relevant section    I am sure that it will soon be in hand.

I  am going to lock this thread now chaps, could the discussion please be carried on over in the chat thread which has been created by Spudgun  here

Cheers

Stu - I've just unlocked this thread as the link in your above post takes me to a "The topic or post you requested does not exist" message

I shall hopefully join in with this one, but it really depends if I can find a kit in time!
