After the first coat, I sanded back some blemishes and brushed on a second coat

Clear parts were fixed with PVA and main undercarriage added, although I needed to trim & sand to get them to fit

I think she just about sits OK

Not hopeful of seeing the crew

The next bit will probably be to research the payload Think

That is looking realy nice. It makes me want to get a kit and the Alley Cat engine set and use the markings i was sent for the Boscombe Down example.

The only remaining parts to locate and cement are the searchlight and bomb bay doors (aside from the aerials)

The C of G has become critical with the addition of the Mad Boom Nailbiting

My loading may not be accurate, but I like a full bay

Tomorrow I shall crack open the Hemp

I thought the lower surfaces went on OK so I'd bush the uppers too

If it goes pear-shaped I can airbrush after - if it goes OK I shall have saved all that masking

The Hemp is much greyer than the sandy-yellow that I remember
