Ive built one of these for the out of the box sigs display this year and modified it. The kit is not bad quality but watch out for the front axles. The metal shafts are larger than the holes they are designed to go through, i used a needle file to open them up.
Ive also got one of the Anti pesto vans to something even more crazy with and my partner is joining in that build so it should be interesting. |

| Thats what i did basicaly. The rest are all WWII greys and greens and i didnt fancy a Gulf War Pink Land Rover. Although a Trainer Yellow one did appeal to me. |

Whilst I wait for some paint to arrive for the land rover, I've started on the Desert Buccaneer.
I was going to use some metal seats and airwave engine and wing fold etch for this build but have decided to use them on a future FAA build when I shall have more time to do it justice.

Currently the following builds for AMSIG have stalled for lack of paint which hopefully should come by the weekend.
Shaun the Sheep Land Rover
1/35 Challenger Tank
1/72 Buccaneer S2B
These will be the last three built for the AMSIG display unless I have enough time to build my own dogfight double - The Corsair and Zero.
The Sea Harrier FA2 and F-111E will have to wait for next year. |

The Progress of the Van.
Pre painting the chassis and sprues before assembly
And some of the assembly. Still got to make the front axle holes bigger for the steel pins to fit the wheels on.

Ayup Thomas...
Would I do anything Less?
Yep. It'll be there. But i'm worried that we'll have a seriously overloaded table or two ! _________________ Airfix Member 022... Jolly Boy.
