Who would be interested in either a Figure or Diorama Group Build

We haven't had one this year, so I think we should try to squeeze one in before year end

I have a good selection and could suggest a few possibilities, but I'd like to throw it open to you guys initially, so put your proposals in this thread

I would be interested in either a Napoleonic or English Civil War Figure GB.

I could be tempted by a Waterloo figure build. I have it in mind to build two guys, one kneeling and one standing, and display both on one of the cavalry figure bases. The possibilities would be two French infantry or two 95th Riflemen.

That actually started last year Andy  Sofa

I must admit, I'd be more than happy with a Napoleonic theme

Anyone else

Well if they're Airfix 54mm figures the possibilities are:

1/ ECW
2/ Napoleonic
3/ Beau Geste
4/ WW2 multipose
5/ ...er...
6/ ...that's it.

If one included the 1/12 range, then there's more scope for individual figures, but short of a rather improbable Charles I / Cromwell diorama, and the Daleks, I'm not sure what else is possible.

In a very early Doctor Who story the Doctor went back and met Richard I, but the Airfix 1/12 Doctor is the wrong one...

Well spotted. Actually if you included conversions you could do War of 1812 as well, as American uniforms looked a lot like British.

Just thinking will next year be the 95th anniversary of Waterloo? If so perhaps we save the Napoleonic theme for then

195th in fact.

This year, however, is the 200th anniversary of 1809.

I'd most likely be going for the 54 mm Polish Lancer  and or the Curassier, both are in the stash.
Though I do have the ECW collection as well so I have some options.
