I fear the above may not be as well subscribed as other builds.
No one has managed to complete any of the above within a GB yet, any completed have been outside the GB. I got as far as opening the box for my 1/48 Canberra for one of the GBs and the TSR I've got, I'm building seperately so I can do it justice.
Perhaps a 1/48 GB over a longer period of time may have more subscribers and a few of the above within it ?
And before anybody points this out I know the Nimrod is 1/72 and the TSR2 was available cheaply in 1/72 |

I'd be happy with either the Fw190 or Lightning. _________________ So many kits, so little time |

I'd go with Nimrod, TSR.2, Lightning or Fw190 (yes I have another) _________________ and was Jerusalem, builded here

I did a 1/72 TSR.2 for the Cold war Jets GB and missed the end date by a mile, but that was down to me, not the kit. (I'm easily distracted!).
Apart from other commitments what I find affects my participation most is whether or not I'm interested in the subject. After that it is whether I have already recently built one, have a suitable kit on the shelf or can obtain a suitable kit easily for not much money. Having something topical might encourage take up.
My choice would be the Tornado, any scale, any scheme. It is was produced in 1/72 and 1/48, both look good OOB.
As the real ones are soon to be retired now may be a good time. If we put our minds to it and with help from a decal printer we could probably reproduce the entire RAF fleet.

The fact that I have one in the stash and another on the way is entirely coincidental |

I was initially implying that nobody has completed the kits readly available to us off the shelves and the kits Richard stated are big beasts either in 1/72 or 1/48 and we all know that most of us have limited space for these things
Airfix are now advertising the 1/72 Canberra so perhaps it can be the fifth option in the poll ?
I myself would go for either the Fw 190 or The Lightning, all though 15 Nimrods lined up together would be pretty neat. |

You could - except this next GB will be of a specific aircraft _________________ and was Jerusalem, builded here

You're right, it was. However, as no one brought it up this time, I'm afraid it will have to wait (bit of a shame, as that would have been my choice too )
Edit: I have a memory like a particularly forgetful goldfish, so can someone remember to poke me with a pointy stick next time, so that I don't forget again? Ta! _________________ Cheers,

We could add it to the poll for the next subject. We need to start working out what the next GB will be in the next few weeks, so I'll try to remember to have it as an option. _________________ Cheers,

I'd like to give it a go and seeing the 'Dambusters' Lanc in the ATF 3rd Anniversary shows what's possible. There should be a range of possibilities from OOB through to some serious modification.
Perhaps we could arrange a system whereby those who can home-print decals help others out with markings? Given that virtually no-one would be able to use a full set of kit decals. |

With Airfix releasing the SHAR 1 and 2 in the near future perhaps we could have a 1/72 SHAR GB.
I know we have had a Harrier GB in the recent past but only 1 SHAR was attempted out of the squadrons built and that was never completed.
Perhaps we can add this to the next poll list ? |

No Military Aircraft GBs on the horizon, then?
That's a bit of a surprise....
Mind you, we're likely to be a bit busy for a while , so probably couldn't partake. But there don't seem to be many GBs around at all.
Have we run out of steam?

Dunno. The next one is going to be a theme build isn't it?
Maybe it's the gearing up for Telford or the waiting for certain kits to be released that's holding things back? _________________ Bubbly! |
