Anyone interested in a Group Build should register in the Poll
All Airfix (or ex-Airfix), I envisage a late October start (if enough people sign up) finishing at the end of February - alllowing plenty of time for those who enjoy the ping of etch
Please state your preference, the poll will close on 09-10-07

Sorry Owen
I've selfishly only included options for those I have in my stash
You could always vote in the None of those float my boat bit (which I forgot to add initially)

May I humbly suggest that USS Forrestal would go into an Aircraft Carrier Group Build along with HMS Ark Royal, HMS Victorious and Moskva. That could be extended to include amphibious ships. i.e. HMS Fearless too.

And there I was getting all excited thinking it would be a big ship build.

Golden Hind, Revenge, Discovery, Bounty, Bark Endeavour, Wasa, Great Western......................

Not this time then Ratch?

So, is this a build of big ships, or a big build of ships?

Regards,

Confused of Bracknell.

Shouldn't the Prince of Wales be the King George V?

Ah yes, but Frog released the KGV as the PoW. Airfix didn't release the kit as the PoW. Considering that Airfix released KGV's in 1/400 (ex-Heller) and in 1/600, the option should read KGV. It's a small point, but it needed to be mentioned.

I voted for Iron Duke as I have that in the stash with (I think) some PE waiting to go. Basically I'd be up for any of the ones on the list though, if I could get the kit. Coincidentally, today's post brought a 70s era HMS Nelson - I'd be happy to do that for a GB too.

The object of this, is to all build the same ship
Vote for the one you want to do, then when the winner is announced (if its not the one you voted for) decide if you want to participate in that build

I haven't voted yet as I can't decide. I've got three of the ships listed complete with WEM brass sets (Repulse and both scale KGV's).
