Well, as promised here are some pics.

Firstly the Lynx.  I've put both the doors on, and this has shown that the top runners will need some tidying up too!

Still, they do move (or did last time I checked!)

And the Scout.  It's now had four coats of H19, and I'm hoping that'll be enough!

And the engine that's now built.  Quite a lot of superglue was needed to make it all stay put!

Both coming along nicely, and will hopefully be finished by the 17th!

Paula

Took the tape of my Scout this evening and it took off some of the lines on the canopy!

Still, started touching up the white where the red had bled a bit.

Also started tidying up the top door runners on my Lynx.

Both are coming along well and I will try and finish them by the 17th!

I've had a concerted effort at my rotors today and made quite a lot of progress.

The Lynx is now 98% finished, and I should be able to Klear it tomorrow.  All it needs is the one white aerial on the tail boom, and a bit of tidying by the yellow aerials on the nose.

I've added the rocket pods, and started painting the H60 flashes on the tail rotor.

And a close up of the tail rotor:

Now, the Scout.

I've almost finished the tail rotor, with it's red, white and black stripes.  I've also fixed the lines on the windscreen by painting some tamiya tape red and cutting it.  I'm very pleased with the way this has come out and could be tempted to use this method again!

I haven't got any pics of the Scout, but hopefully will have soon.

Well, both of these are nearly finished!!

Here's the Lynx:

The rotor is only dry fitted for now.  I've now applied two coats of Klear, and while I was doing that I discovered that the window had gone from one of the doors.  I have no idea when it disappeared, but Dan helped me replace it with a bit of a plastic bottle!

Here's the Scout, again with the dry fitted rotor.

It's now had one coat of Klear, so they're both looking good for the 17th!

I know how much hard work the Scout can be ... well done.

White.  Red.  It takes courage to take that on!  Bravo.

Well, just in time they're both finished!!!

I'll put one picture of each here and the rest in the gallery.

First the Lynx:

And the Scout:

But check out the out of register decals!  The only reason I did the Scout in the Jordanian livery, was because otherwise I would have had two helicopters that looked very similar camo wise!  And from time to time I like to do the odd paint schemes!

Very nice work, I really like the Lynx camouflage. The Scout looks very good, must have been tricky working with something so small!
