According to Alan Hall in the Warpaint book, N5331 did have Polish markings on the nose behind the 5 when operating with 6 AOS.

Picture added.

Hello there, I just received my Anson in the mail. Very unlikely that I could get it done before you guys wrap this one up but I was wndering if anyone has any info of pics of the RAAF option, AW665 from 71st Sqn? The only reference I have come across is on the ADF serials website and that was brief.
Any bites?

ROTFL
Don't worry, given my glacial progress you certainly won't be last! I'll have a look through my references when I get home tonight.

That would be most appreciated Mr M.
I am worse than glacial though. I have unfinished kits I started well before the Holocene.

Richard, builds that overrun the GB deadline can continue when the GB is transferred to GB+    We don't lock everything down just because someone takes a bit longer

Wow.

That is very cool Richard.  I will be happy to model the aircraft putatively during the late 42 and very early 43.  I have seen the scheme done several times but it does look cool I think.
I am guessing that it would have had the machine gun fitted as 71 squadron was mostly coastal surveillance.

A pic maybe hard to come by so you needn't put yourself out. Airfix seems to know this machine so I feel confident.

Thank you very much Mr M.

Richard.
