In an effort to clear some of my unfinished group builds I have dug this one out of the pile once again, there really isn't much left to do to finish this off although I do want to include it in a small diorama so have been playing about with a few figures. I will post some pictures of intended figure placement later but to give an idea of what I hope to achieve see the pictures at the links below.

I may yet be using some of those but the initial group are from A B Figures GI Medics and casualties.
The actual crew figures are from Hecker and Goros (hope I spelt that correctly), the figure with his arms raised is intended to be signalling to the Landing ship who will be lowering a pallet to load the injured onto.
As you can see I still need to fill out the deck a little, not only with more casualties but also with various ropes and general detritus. As suggested by Andy, I may use some of the figures from the Pegasus D-Day Rangers set. I also have a few other AB Figures that may be useful.
There is also some considerable weathering to be done on the LCM itself.
Work continues

Great looking figures.....This will be a real work of art when it's done Stu.
I think that I'd be inclined to stick to metal figures as sometimes the contrast between them and plastics can be very noticeable.
All the best

Thanks Andy, I think you may be right with regard to mixing the figures, if I could find my Pegasus set I would do a test shot with some of them, may have to have a rummage.
Do you know of any other white metal manufacturers that make casualty figures? May have to adapt some of ABs German and British wounded figures.
Cheers
