Let us know if you are interested. The subject is the Airfix 1/600 liner kits as used in various wars. Possible subjects include

RMS Mauretania in WWI
RMS Queen Elizabeth in WWII
SS Canberra in Falklands War
Queen Elizabeth II in Falklands War

We are also looking for someone to lead the GB. I'm running this poll for 14 days.

I forgot to mention that this build, if it goes ahead, will be after the aircraft carrier group build.

Eurika I can see them and thats before my eye test this afternoon, so I must have voted, cheers Ratch for guiding me through this one, you still want me to run the Liners GB???? I will need to get up to speed on the inner workings of the forum me thinks.

Hello everybody,i m new here and in fact i have in my airfix stock the rms mauretania and i want make it in the dazzle version WW1.I think began this work just after this summer.I ll made a post for it. Bye rémy.

I've just sent off an email to DaveCov to get the Liners at War subforum created. chippy is the GB Leader and hopefully we'll get the poll for the start date going soon.

OK, the "Airfix Liners at War" subforum has been created. Everyone who wants to participate in the GB must first sign up to the subforum. GB Leader Chippy will then start a poll to determine a start date.

Click on Usergroups at the top of the page to join the GB.

I'm sure Steven won't mind me replying on his (and the forum's) behalf here.....All group builds are always open to all forum members, of all nationalities, wherever they may be!

The only proviso would be that English is the primary language of this forum and should be used for all posts.

Simply click the 'Usergroups' tab at the top of the page, select the group you are interested in and apply to join. You should receive a prompt response and will also find a fresh thread awaiting you in the appropriate group build once it is opened.

Join in.....It's fun!
