Work on the Harriers has somewhat slowed

GR.5

GR.7's

T.10's

I've been concentrating on painting the stores

AIM-9L Sidewinder air-to-air missiles, AGM-65 Maverick, Paveway II, Paveway III, Matra 155 rocket launchers, TIALD, Phimat, AN/AQL-101, Launch Rails & BL755 600lb cluster bombs. I still have to apply the decals to the ordnance

It would appear that Airfix transposed the identification of the two sets of decals in this kit, these being for No.3 Sqn at Guttersloh    I shall retouch the paintwork and apply the correct markings

I am now at the serious decal stage with all five of my remaining Harriers. Hopefully they will all be finished by Thursday    Once the decals are on they'll need Matt Coting, the canopies fitting and then any stores adding, doesn't sound much, does it

That surely was a lot of Harriers mate!

Anything more than a trio of similar kits and I start to go a bit g00gly!

All the best

I think you now have more Harriers than the RAF and RN combined, Argentina has surrendered just in case and Saudi Arabia want to talk about 'commissions'.

If there is a prize for the best of the Harrier GB you have my vote, whether you finish the rest or not (and that is taking away nothing from the other participants).

First class modelling.

Is it "Herculean" or "Heraclean"?  Anyway, this is a truly Hercules-like effort!

And that last image, with all the weapons!  As my old tech-school instructor would have put it, "That Harrier look like it's about to go upside somebody's head!"

I feel woefully inadequate looking at that group photo

Those last T10's have come out a treat
