The reason I asked was the sea-salt looking whiteish marks on some of the Dark Green.....I had the same thing occur when I painted my Spitfire using the Hu116 acrylic.  I took a chance and Kleared it and it vanished immediately and apparently permanently.....Don't know whether the same would happen with enamels though!

Hu: 116 often looks uneven    After Klear & Matt Cote it usually looks OK though

Since they introduced 'Super' enamel it is much harder to get an even finish with hairy sticks than the old formula. It is much more suited now for airbrushing, which is a pity since it was not so hard to thin the old formula paint to squirt through an airbrush.

Last night I scrounged some decals together and applied them. Today I've been fitting more of the small parts  




Next job will be to fit the undercarriage
