G'Day All, I'm running a little bit behind, but so far I've have under construction a few Australian Army beasties...  soft top Rover with the side canvas rolled up, a M113 FSV and a M113 MRV with a scorpion turret and hopefully a little out back diorama to display them on.
With a quick trip to the Puckapunyal tank museum I was able to take quite a few detailed photo's of these 3 vehicles to help with the constuction.
Cheers Steve

The 49 M113 MRV,Medium Recon Vehicles replaced  the 15 M113 FSV in 1977 and they where retired in 1996.

The large white bits on the front and sides are extra floatation that was so the MRV could still be amphibious with the scorpion turret.

Very nice work on both kits, the 113 looks particularly good with the new turret and floatation panels

Cheers

Thanks for that, they are both in the process of being painted at the moment along with a stock standard M113 FSV, the MRV and the rover will be painted in 3 colour Auscam.
