H ave the Profile Publication (no 39) on the Supermarine S6B. Has some useful illustrations for assisting with the rigging. Can scan if required.

Here are some pics of the Cat at RAF Cosford.  It's actually a PBY-6, but I'm sure there can't be that much difference!

The PBY6 is a little different, taller tail and a larger radar dome. Also the engines were different (need to add air intakes) There is conversion kit by Broplan for the Academy PBY5. I will look in the box and see how it fits the Airfix offering.
The beauty about Danish cats is that they were delivered and put into service with the US colour scheme and fit out. Then modified and repainted. So it would not be entirely inaccurate to take an Airfix PBY-5 painted all over Hu15 and put Danish Decals on it.

Just found this YouTube clip of a test flight of the Arado Ar196 - the first incarnation goes hilariously wrong and the crew bug out ASAP.
