Four kits moved to the "to be completed pile", workbench tidied, new scalpel blades added. Even my new paint arrived from Hannants this morning
Will probably still finish late

Hello chaps, I'm in with a second build. I'm going to convert an Airfix Hawker Demon into an Audax using an incomplete Aeroclub Audax Donor kit. New thread please!

Agreed! The word "Conversion" seems a little grand considering I'm only really changing the fuselage & adding some extra details, I'm looking forward to it all the same though.

I didn't even do that on mine! Just built up the rear cockpit and made the radiator larger.

You can make a lot of different Hawkers using the Demon as a basis.

The Aeroclub Fuselage is appx 1cm longer, which seems like quite a lot in 1/72, & as I don't have any drawings to work from I was planning to compare the kit parts & just use the Aeroclub ones if there's a big difference.
