Canberra on the back burner now as i discoverd a problems with the markings. They are grossly overscale as can be seen here.
The writing should fit comftably between the balck nose and the leading edge of the wing. The other side is even worse as theres a warning sign thats on the end of the nose almost. Airfix are now aware of the problem and working to reslove it.
And a general overview:

And the canopy dipped in Future:

Ooops photos here:
Sadly as i forgot to paint the instrument panel fairing in the front cockpit and a few other bits i am not 100% happy with this model so i will withdraw it. I might build another one before Telford in some of the other markings though, |

Shame Ollie
I can see the attraction of building kits like we did as kids, but it can lead to similar mistakes as we used to make
I'm sure the lessons learned on this build will stand you in good stead for the next one _________________ and was Jerusalem, builded here

I have seen the 1:72 scale conversion and its been confirmed that it fits the new Airfix 1:72 PR9.
Im not sure on colour scheme, either the white one or the Rasberry ripple. |
