I have scanned a review of the Airfix S-Boat from the May 1976 issue of Scale Models and put it onto my web site.

Sorry about the quality of the second part but my scanner started to malfunction whilst scanning it. I decided not to "clean it up" as it affected the clarity of the text.

| I always regarded the early E-boats (and later ones, too, I suppose) as displacement hulls (a la Manxman and Photo #11), however, photo #22 clearly shows a high development of planing. |
