Just by way of a guide to the above poll, here is a more detailed list of possible subjects although I am not sure that some of the artillery and soft skins in the Far East build constitute being armour
Armour in the Far East
Suggested by Sargeant Squarehead candidates for this build could include:
25Pdr & Quad, Bofors Gun & Tractor, Buffalo, Chi-Ha, GMC, IS-3, Jeep, Lee/Grant, Matador & 5.5" Gun, Matilda, T-34, Sd.Kfz 222, Sherman, Vickers Mk.VI (India Pattern).
Post War Group Build
Jesper has suggested a Post War Group Build, possibilities here are:
Bristol Bloodhound, Centurion, Chieftan, Leopard, Sam 2 Missile, Scorpion, Sheridan, Stalin as well as a great many of the ex JB kits. Other possibilities would be the Sherman, Panzer IV, T34 and StuG all of which saw service in various armies after WW2 as did many of the soft skin vehicles that Airfix produce. In 1/35th There is the Challenger and the DUKW, so quite a large range of kits to chose from there.
Land Rover Group Build
Dan suggested a Land Rover Group Build, here we have the Land Rover featured in the Bloodhound kit as well as the various ex JB kits of this vehicle, in the larger scales there was I believe a 1/40th scale kit of a Land Rover as well as the slightly larger one featured in the Shaun the Sheep kit
German Armour Group Build
I quite fancy having a go at one of the German Tanks: Panther, Tiger, Leopard or Panzer IV and although it is not strictly a tank the StuG III all would be candidates for this build, lighter armour would include the Sdkfz 222 and the Sdfz 234.
Cheers

I'm in favour of the Far East Armour GB as it will give me an excuse to play with Matildas and Chi-Has. I also have a trio of stuzzar's excellent resin M4A2 conversions for the Airfix Sherman kit which could be used as USMC tanks.
I'd also be interested in the German armour GB as I can add some bits to the OSL collection.
For what it's worth, all the best

Time is almost up on this one, I have yet to cast my vote although I doubt that it will make much difference.
Cheers

As a GB leader I have to finish my own model within the time frame!
OK I'm in.
But I have to remind you I don't have access to web/mail/forum between 22. and 28. this month.

Thanks Jesper, I will ask the admin chaps to change you to the moderator for the build and pm a few tips
I have put up a start date poll but choices are at the end of the month or next month so no problem with being away from the forum for a few days.
Cheers
