Just posting to say hi to all.

My info:

Name: Toby

Age: 39

Into: computers, gaming, anything Sci-Fi, films and of course modelling.

Married with 3 kids and live in cambridgeshire.

I spent 17 yrs in the RAF as an Airframes Engineer and spent 5 1/2 yrs on chinooks HC1 and HC2 (RAF Odiham) then 7 yrs on Puma and little on Merlin (RAF Benson). Spent last 3 yrs in RAF doing database work at RAF Wyton.

Now work as a 3rd line support engineer in IT.

Been modelling on and off for the past 20 odd yrs and have a stash of kits waiting to be made.

I came along here because last xmas my kids bought me the airfix shaun the sheep and land rover kit. Last week my youngest daughter asked if we can make it, so we started to build it. together we have built all the character models and have started on the land rover.

Found this great forum when looking for advice and info on building the land rover.

I also bought the 1/48 TSR2 kit and my local model shop last weekend, once i saw it I had to have it........ Seeing some of the great things people have done with this kit means I will probably get another. It's good to see that in 2009, modren technology can produce such a nicely detailed and crisp looking kit.
