Not sure Nige I'm tempted to go with a slightly darker green

I had thought about doing the body metal work in Gloss and the roof in Matt

I would go for a satin black roof and dry brush some matt to represent the folds ect,and gloss the bodywork.

Looking good.

I decided to keep the roof the same colour in the end and ended up giving it a matt finish, although it isn't obviously noticable!

But alas, with the decals applied today it is now finished:

It's the second large scale car I've done, and to an extent I'm reasonably happy with the result. My only major annoyance was the poor fit of the transparencies, but asides from that I enjoyed the (slow!) experience!

Nice one Owen
I still think the roof should be a contrast colour.
But it's really nice as it is; and I love the green colour.

By the way..
A 2CV won its class last sunday in the Danish IPMS competition. I think was based on the Tamiya kit.

One of my absolute favorites from the show.
