I think thats probably the best way to paint that cammo pattern....the thought of all that masking to airbrush it..... :fear:

Note to self - let superglue inside a fuselage dry for much longer before attaching the canopy as it tends to attack the inside face of canopies ;)

Dip canopies in Klear and the Superglue won't frost them..

Can't say the wash stands out much on this kit, I think the colour itself allows the panel lines to show up even without the wash:
