Spotted this over on the missing-lynx forum, it would seem that Amera are now producing the vac-formed base for the Airfix Forward Command Post as a stand alone item cost £2.00, see link below, good to see this available again, certainly finishes the piece off.

Let us hope that the base for the Jungle HQ is next on the list (although I do have one of those already)

Cheers

Thanks for the reply, just that it says dimensions TBC on the site for S214.
I am very interested in your products, i shall be purchasing a few items very shortly for a lot of 1:72 dioramas still in the planning department.
Dave.

Dave, apologies, and see what you mean!  In terms of the set, once trimmed the dimensions of the longer narrow pieces are 125 long, 12 width and 18 mm high.  there are  5 smaller pieces, once trimmed range from 35 to 55cm long, 20 across and 10 high. .then  2 curved pieces 65 to 70 long, again 20 wide. Now  I understand why not on site! Great to hear about potential order, if you identify yourself when ordering, we'd be happy to include the S214  set for free
Regards
jane

This is bit :ot: but every time I see the tent set S209 I think of the Dad's Army film where they ran over all the tents with a steam roller.
mmmmmm, I have a 1/76 model Steam Roller.............
