The full set of procedures for the GB's is stickied at the top of this section (here).
If you wish to conduct a poll you should contact the relevent Guru for the subject before putting it up. This avoids any possible clash with future GB's already suggested. You can post any ideas you have for GB's in the chat thread of the relevent section to guage support for the idea.

I have now relinquished my role as Group Build Guru for three categories and Steven Pietrobon and Richard M have agreed to take over the roles. The categories are:
Ships and Boats - Steven Pietrobon
Space, Sci-fi & Robogear - Steven Pietrobon
Specials - Richard M
My thanks to them for taking over.
