Yeah, the new finecast range is very expensive and to be honest, I think games workshop should decreace there prices.  36 quid for 5 men :shock:

GW have always been fairly expensive anyway. But everyone seems to be raising their prices these days

But the finecast range is all made of resin after all

And with some models it is, apart from the 1 man sets.

The new marneus calgar and honour gaurd is 36.00 for 5 models, where the old ones where 10.00 for mareus calgar and 8.00 for each honour gaurd.  So If you brought the metal ones indivisualy it would come to 42.00. But they did have the same set as the finecast one long long ago and it was the same price as the new one.

GW is and will always be more expensive...as market leader it can charge what it likes...but 5 quid for a tub of sand for basing !!!!!!  :shock:
